SFA uses Active Directory to manage access to mySFA, networked computers, Exchange e-mail, and other SFA systems. myPassword, located at https://mypassword.sfasu.edu, is used to manage the Active Directory password. It is important to set up your myPassword profile so that you can reset your password in the event you forget it. Once logged into your myPassword profile, you can set three security questions. These security questions will allow you to resolve password issues without having to contact SFA.
If faculty/staff forget their mySFA password and have not set up a myPassword profile, they must contact the Help Desk at (936) 468-1212 to have their password reset.
If students forget their mySFA password and have not set up a myPassword profile, they must contact the Technical Support Center (TSC) at 468-HELP (6245).
