With Forgotten Passwords




This is the login screen. Enter your e-mail address and click on the "Forgot Your Password" button.


Make sure you see your e-mail address where it reads "Email Address." If your e-mail
address is not there, change it so that it is. Click on the "Get Password" button.


You will only see this next screen if you chose a secret question and answer.
Select your secret question from the drop-down selection box.
Next, enter your answer. Finally, click on the "Get Password" button.


This next screen is what you will see if your password was sent to your e-mail address.
Check your e-mail for your password. If you fail when entering your question and answer,
please e-mail the ITS systems team (its-sysmgt@sfasu.edu) and we will reset your password
for you. You will see an e-mail message in your mailbox once your password has been reset.
