Instructions for Outlook 2003
To access your configuration settings for Outlook 2003, choose "Tools" and then "E-mail Accounts".
With "View or change existing e-mail accounts" selected, click "Next". With the name of your account
highlighted, click the "Change" button. Next, click "More Settings...". The following images will
show you the rest. When you are finished making your changes, click "OK", then "Next", then "Finish".
If you use Outlook and your incoming server is IMAP, your "Advanced" tab
should look like this. Use your mouse to put check marks next to "This
server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)". The port number for "Incoming
server (IMAP)" will automatically change to the correct number. You will have
to change the port number for "Outgoing server (SMTP)" to 465.

If you use Outlook and your incoming server is POP3, your "Advanced" tab
should look like this. Use your mouse to put check marks next to "This
server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)". The port number for "Incoming
server (POP3)" will automatically change to the correct number. You will have
to change the port number for "Outgoing server (SMTP)" to 465.

For all Outlook 2003 users, your "Outgoing Server" tab should look like this.

If your "Advanced" and "Outgoing Server" tabs look like the ones above,
you are finished changing your configuration and you can click "OK", then "Next", then "Finish".
