We recognize that your feelings about whether to report an incident and how to proceed may change over time. I am ready to file a complaint

Once you are ready to file a formal complaint you have several options. You may file a complaint with a university official regarding a policy violation. Details for submitting a formal complaint can be found at Report Sexual Misconduct and the Investigation Overview. If the offense was also a criminal violation you may file a complaint with the appropriate law enforcement agency. The Title IX Coordinators can assist you with policy violation complaints and the University Police Department can assist you filing a criminal complaint.
