New International Student Orientation
It's our pleasure to help you become well acquainted with your new campus and the amenities that it provides.
Summer 2013
In the summer of 2013, there will be one required orientation session on Friday, May 31st. The session is required by all students, and will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. in the Office of International Programs. We are located on the 4th floor of the Vera Dugas, Liberal Arts North Building, Room #402. (#48 on the SFA Campus Map) As Orientation will cover immigration, all students will need to bring their immigration paperwork (I-20, Passport, I-94 Card, etc.) with them on this day.
Fall 2013
In the fall of 2013, there will be two required orientation sessions -- one on Thursday, August 22nd, and another on Friday, August 23rd. Both session are required by all students, and will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. in the Office of International Programs. International Student Handbook
The Office of International Programs has taken the time to put together an International Student Handbook, which contains everything that students may want or need to know about SFA while attending school here. Inside, students can find information pertaining to immigration, housing, dining, travel, cultural adjustment, and so much more!
