Collaborate is a powerful tool that can be used to communicate with colleagues or deliver course content, both synchronously and asynchronously. It is built specifically for live, multi-media-rich, many-to-many collaboration. Whether you have two student or two hundred Collaborate enables communication and learning. OIT is happy to provide this tool at no charge to the SFA community. If you are getting a Java error message when launching Collaborate, try these additional instructions.
Attention Network and Systems Administrators:
(Ports 2187 and 80 are required.)
If you suspect that your campus or location is having an issue that might be firewall related, please refer to this guide.
Collaborate requires the ability to install and execute JAVA network applications.
