The Stephen F. Austin State University Department of Human Sciences is hosting "Essence of Design," a showcase by senior interior design students at the Ralph W. Steen Library.

The opening will be 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, with exhibits throughout the library and a reception in the Wyatt Room. The exhibit continues through Feb. 27.
