Contracted Bus Information
As the University utilizes various bus companies, the bus companies are asked to sign a contract for which the terms and conditions are good up to one year or the following August 31, whichever comes first. Rates are not established. Subsequent trips are scheduled as needed with the vendor of choice if under $5000 or the successful vendor selected through a solicitation process.
The following companies have signed annual contracts that may be utilized with purchase orders through August 31 without further requirement for contract signatures. Click the vendor name to view a copy of the latest contract.
The order is alphabetical, and not preferential in any way. The information is provided to assist departments and buyers and reduce the paperwork associated with bus contracts.
