Contract Information You Should Know	Microsoft Office should not be ordered with the PC as the University has purchased a Microsoft site license. Norton Anti-Virus should not be ordered with the PC as the University has purchased a Norton AV site license. Do not order online.

MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS

Networking and Telecommunications recommends that all PC models include the following minimum specifications:

512 MB of memory	DO NOT choose the Celeron processor due to the performance degradation in Windows XP
17" monitor
40 GB hard drive	DO NOT choose Windows XP HOME as it is not supported in a corporate environment.
