Notice of Public Sale

Stephen F. Austin State University has scheduled a public sale or sealed bid sale on the dates and at the locations shown below. To view a list of items available for each sale, click on the Public/Sealed link below. All surplus property sold, whether through public sale or sealed bid sales, is sold "as is, where is". Contact the Property Managers for more information:

Public Sale - The Property manager shall determine and pre-price all items. The Property Manager shall determine a method of access to the property on sale day which is fair and equitable to all interested parties and which prevents unnecessary traffic on campus by non-University personnel prior to the sale. No special privileges will be given to any employee or non-employee wishing to purchase surplus items.

Sealed Bid Sale - The Property manager shall prepare a bid sheet providing information about the item(s) to be sold, including minimum acceptable bids when appropriate. Interested bidders must submit pricing on the prepared bid sheet and return the bid sheet to the Property Manager before the date and time advertised for opening. The University reserves the right to reject all bids and to re-advertise.
