Member Biographies
Ms. Valerie E. Ertz
Term expires 2015.
Ms. Ertz, reappointed by the governor for her second six-year term, has been a member of the board since 2003 and served as chair of the board in 2006 and 2007. Ms. Ertz is President/Owner of VEE Services, Inc., a property tax and accounting firm in Dallas. She is a member of the Assistance League of Dallas, Dallas Executives Association, Public Affairs Luncheon Club, Texas Women's Initiative and the Conservative Leaders Investment Club. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University and a master’s degree in management from Troy State University.
