Mr. John R. "Bob" Garrett
Term Expires 2013
John R. “Bob” Garrett of Tyler, Texas, earned a bachelor of science degree in biology and chemistry from SFA in 1975 and holds a master of business administration from the University of Texas at Tyler. He is a residential and commercial real estate developer and president of Fair Oil Company, a Tyler-based oil and gas exploration company established in 1931. Mr. Garrett is a past president of the Texas Association of Builders and serves as a director of the Tyler Economic Development Council.
