Graduation Instructions and Deadlines

Cost:
The Graduation Processing Fee is $25.00 for the Bachelor’s degree and $25.00 for the Master’s or Doctoral degree. This charge is added to your account at the deadline for each respective graduation class. Please pay at the SFA Business Office or online through MySFA the following day.
A late fee will be assessed to applications taken after the deadline date.
Commencement Participants:
For commencement information regarding time, location, caps and gowns, photos and other commencement information go to Commencement Information.
Out-of-Area Graduate Students applying by mail:
Please use the Graduate Mail-in Graduation Application form.
