The Graduation Department of the Office of the Registrar provides application toward graduation, maintains degree data for all students making application for graduation, orders diplomas and replacement diplomas and is a source of information regarding degrees which have been conferred. The Transcript Department of the Office of the Registrar provides students, alumni and former students access to their academic records on file at Stephen F. Austin State University. The Verification Department of the Office of the Registrar provides verification of the student's status of enrollment, graduation and degrees awarded. This department also makes changes to the student's account regarding names, addresses, Social Security numbers and academic majors and minors.
