Unofficial Transcript
*The use of mySFA to obtain an unofficial transcript is only available to currently enrolled students*
To begin, go to the MySFA home page and log-in. If you do not know your Username and PIN, then click on "Forgot Username?". You will be prompted to enter your Student ID or SSN and your PIN number. Your Username will then be displayed followed by a link to return to the MySFA log-in page.
Next, select the "myServices" tab.
Click on the “Registration & Schedule” box. This will load a new window
Under the heading, “Student Records”, is a link labeled "Unofficial Transcript". Select this item to view your unofficial transcript
For former students, please use the Request for Unofficial Transcript form to order an unofficial transcript. Please note on the form that you are requesting an unofficial transcript. Fill this form out completely and fax to (936) 468-2261 or (936) 468-7638. If you are unable to print a request form, then you may MAIL us your request to: Registrar’s Office, SFA Box 13050, Nacogdoches, TX 75962.
