Built in 1984, Hall 20 is a co-ed facility with 366 students. Hall 20 offers a beautiful view of the Ag Pond and is conveniently located next to Homer Bryce Stadium.
Hall 20 offers much more than just a great view. It offers a very unique programming and activity style which includes Floor Wars, Self-Defense programs, Slip and Slide, Ultimate Frisbee, volleyball, video game tournaments, decorating contests, and Food for Finals. The Hall 20 staff works to meet the needs of each resident and involve them in all activities at Hall 20.
Activities that are provided try to help create and build a strong community environment with Hall 20 and the university as a whole. The residents also have a lot of fun taking a break from classes and activities to feed the ducks! Rooms at Hall 20 open directly to the outside and each room has a private bath. Hall 20 is a very popular place to live. Rooms in this building may have additional beds added in overflow situations.
