Educational leaders must meet the challenges of the new millennium. At SFA, the doctor of education with emphasis in educational leadership addresses these challenges: population growth issues, cultural diversity, policy analysis and design, problem solving, and the change process.

This doctoral program focuses on developing leaders. Accepted candidates will become leaders who respond to school and university complexities with confidence and resolve. Students in this SFA advanced leadership program will:
