Recruits Bill of Rights
If you're a prospective SFA sorority member, you can expect certain rights, which are listed below.
- You have the right to be treated as an individual.
- You have the right to be fully informed about the recruitment process.
- You have the right to ask questions and receive true and objective answers from your recruitment big sister.
- You have the right to be treated with respect.
- You have the right to be treated as a capable and mature person without being patronized.
- You have the right to ask how why and receive straight answers
- You have the right to make informed choices without undue pressure from others
- You have the to be fully informed about the binding agreements implicit in preference signing
- You have the right to make one's own choice and decision and accept full responsibility for the result of the decisions.
- You have the right to have a positive, safe, and enriching recruitment experience.
