AlcoholEdu for College is an online alcohol education program that provides alcohol related information and educates students about the dangers of alcohol use and abuse, as well as underage and binge drinking. The program includes detailed information on Blood Alcohol Content (BAC), standard drinks, and signs of alcohol abuse, dependence and poisoning. AlcoholEdu is mandatory for all new SFA students. The program offers a confidential, personalized experience for each student.
2013 Fall Freshmen
Part 1 will be available on Monday, July 22.
Part 1 must be completed by Thursday, August 22, 2013.

- Assessments of alcohol-related knowledge, attitudes and behaviors
The course is three hours long, but you do not have to complete the course in one sitting. You can save your progress and return to where you left off. AlcoholEdu is accessed through your mySFA account only. You are required to score a grade of 75% or higher on the Part I exam and may retake the exam as many times as needed to pass.
Log in process
1. Log onto mySFA.
2. Click on myServices tab.
3. Click on AlcoholEdu logo.
4. When completed, you should receive a confirmation of completion via your mySFA email address. Save your confirmation!
Once you complete Part I, there is a 45-day waiting period before you can access Part 2. You will receive an email prompting you to return to AlcoholEdu to complete Part 2 when it is available. You will complete a short survey online that will generate a certificate of completion. This is proof that you have completed the program!
