SFA Homecoming

The week of Homecoming is packed full of events! Students can run for Homecoming court, participate in events throughout the week like ODK Trivia Night, OMA Step Show and much more. Students and community members are also encouraged to run in the Homecoming 5K.

Everyone is invited to cheer on the Jacks at the Bonfire on Friday night. Start at the Torchlight Parade at the Ag Pond at 9pm and walk down Wilson to light the Bonfire at 9:30pm! Wake up Saturday morning to attend the downtown parade at 10am, as well as the tailgate and football game Saturday afternoon! For more information on homecoming, contact the Traditions Council at 936.468.6721 or come by the Involvement Center located on the first floor of the Baker Pattillo Student Center (1.204).

NOTE: Every candidate must turn in application before 5pm on October 18, 2019. They must also attend a MANDATORY meeting before appearing on ballot.


NOTE: There have been updates to the judging portion of the parade. The prize structure has been reformatted to include SFA and NON SFA groups as well as walking groups and non-float vehicles. Please see Parade Rules/Regulations for changes.
