FACILITY CHARGES
1. Charges for organizations or groups that are SPONSORED by a department or a registered student organization, when admission is charged, are as follows:
- Grand Ballroom $125
- Twilight Ballroom $ 75
- Regents' Suite A or B $ 50
- Student Center Theatre $125
2. Charges for organizations or groups NOT SPONSORED by a department or registered student organization are as follows:
- Grand Ballroom $300
- Twilight Ballroom $250
- Regents' Suite A or B $125 (Both A & B $200)
- Student Center Theatre $200
- President's Suite A/B $ 125
- Multimedia Room $150
- Tiered Meeting Room $150
- Small Meeting Rooms $ 50
MAINTENANCE CHARGES
$20.00 per hour, per man (put up and take down time)
TECHNICAL CHARGES
Technician: $10.00 per hour, per technician
(Technician must be present during use of Student Center Technical Equipment)
The following items are charged for by the day:
- Microphone - $10.00
- Overhead projector - $15.00
- Slide projector - $15.00
- 16mm film projector - $40.00
- Computer data projector - $50.00
- Laptop (for use with data projector only) - $50.00
- TV/VCR or DVD - $20.00
- Portable 60"x60" tri-pod screen - $15.00
- Portable 9'x12', Front or Rear Projection Screen - $50.00
- Portable Sound System (not for use at dances) - $75.00
- Wireless microphones (Lapel or handheld) - $15.00
- Spotlight - $20.00
- Media distribution box - $35.00
- Deleivery charge for items outside the Student Center - $35.00
- Wireless mic rack (8 handheld, 1 lapel) - $250.00
FURNISHINGS CHARGES (For outside UC) per day
- Tables $ 5.00
- Chairs $ 2.00
- Podiums $ 50.00
LATE CHARGES
$35.00 per hour after 9 p.m.
CHANGE CHARGES
$25.00 per change
CLEANING CHARGES
Excessive clean up fees for the Student Center may be charged when warranted.
