MISSION
The Department of Divisional Operations exists to oversee the fiscal management of the Division of University Affairs. The most critical function of the department is to prepare an annual budget for the division which ensures that the operational needs of each department within University Affairs are met, as well as contributing to the budgetary needs of the institution as a whole. Fiscal operations of the division are monitored throughout the year to ensure fiscal responsibility and compliance to university policies and procedures.
