Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant who advised that on 5-9-2013 her unattended cellular telephone was stolen from the Welcome Room in the Rusk Building. There are no suspects.

Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant who advised that on 5-11-2013, unknown person(s) wrapped the commons area of University Woods area with toilet paper. There are no suspects.

On 5-9-2013 an Officer stopped a vehicle on East College St. in reference to a traffic violation. The officer discovered the driver to be in Possession of a Controlled Substance and Marijuana. The subject was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana, and was then transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.
On 5-8-2013 an Officer was dispatched to Hall 17 in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised that between 5-1-2013 and 5-8-2013, that a package was stolen from the front desk of Hall 17. There are no suspects.
On 5-8-2013 an Officer was dispatched to the Barnes and Nobles Book Store in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant who advised that on 5-8-2013 a subject had stolen a cellular telephone case. The subject was located and issued a citation for Theft and banned from the Barnes and Nobles Book Store at the store managers request. There is one suspect.

On 5-8-2013 an Officer stopped a vehicle on East College St. in reference to a traffic violation. The officer discovered the driver to be in Possession of Marijuana. The subject was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Resisting Arrest and was then transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without further incident. There is one suspect.

On 5-7-13 an Officer contacted a suspicious vehicle entering the Parking Garage on Carolyn St. that was occupied by two subjects. One of the subjects originally gave a false name and then was discovered to have been barred from SFA Property. The subject was arrested for Criminal Trespass and Failure to Identify. The second subject was determined to be in Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. This subject was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Both subjects were transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There are two subjects.

On 3-22-2013 an Officer was dispatched to Steen Hall in reference to an Intoxicated Person. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the subject and discovered the subject to be a minor in possession of an alcoholic beverage. There is one suspect.

Upon arrival the Officer located the subject and attempted to make contact with him, but the subject fled from the Officer on foot. The subject was apprehended and discovered to have stolen property on his person. The subject was arrested for Evading Arrest or Detention and for a Burglary Warrant out of Bexar County and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail. While transporting the subject to the jail the subject became aggressive and started kicking his feet against the patrol car's partition and damaged the patrol vehicle's video camera storage unit. Warrants for Theft and Criminal Mischief are being obtained on the subject. There is one suspect.

Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 10-27-2012 he was assaulted by three unknown subjects at Lumberjack Landing. The subject advised during the assault a fraternity pin was stolen from his shirt. During the investigation of this offense, it was found that the complainant fabricated the incident to cover up him losing the fraternity pin. There is one suspect.

Upon arrival the Officer found that no emergency existed on the elevator and attempted to detain two subjects for questioning that were standing near the elevator. Both subjects then fled from the Officer on foot. There are no suspects.

On 08-13-2012 an officer was flagged down by an SFA employee at Village Parking Garage in reference to a criminal mischief complaint. The employee stated that two emergency lights were found broken on the southwest corner of level two. There are no suspects.
On 08-14-2012 NPD officers located a parking sign belonging to SFASU inside an off-campus residence while on an unrelated call. A UPD officer was called to the scene and took possession of the sign. There is one suspect.

On 7-22-2012 an Officer made contact with a vehicle parked in the roadway on Hayter St. The Officer made contact with the driver of the vehicle, who the Officer discovered was a minor and had been consuming an alcoholic beverage. The subject was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.
On July 20, 2012 an officer was contacted by telephone at the University Police Department in reference to a sexual assault that occurred in 1976 and 1977. The complainant stated that a known male had sexually assaulted him on more than one occasion during this time frame. Due to the complainant being 18 years of age at the time of the offense, the Statue of Limitations has passed for this offense. Therefore, this complaint cannot be criminally prosecuted.
