Human resource management professionals play a strategic role in helping organizations develop the human capital needed for long-term success. Through managing all stages of the employment process, from recruiting and hiring, payroll and benefits, training and development, to termination or retirement, HR managers play a key role in both the private and public sectors.

A qualified HRM administrator can help ensure an organization’s employment practices, goals and guidelines are clearly communicated to current and future employees. Students who pursue a profession in HRM can anticipate challenging, dynamic careers.
