Spark Leadership Conference

Define your leadership style

The Spark Leadership Conference is designed to help students identify and articulate their skills learned through involvement in student organizations.

The conference takes place each fall semester, with a résumé writing workshop that takes place in the spring semester.

Through this interactive experience, you will:

  • Identify and define your leadership style through an assessment.
  • Learn how your leadership style impacts others.
  • Explore different avenues for leadership skill development.
  • Devise a strategy for identifying and articulating your leadership experiences on your résumé and in an interview.
