Praxis Test fees are published in the 2010-11 The Praxis Series Information Bulletin.

Test takers that need to take paper based tests must read the Praxis Series™ Information Bulletin to locate a paper based test center.

You must have acceptable and valid ID with name, signature and photograph to be admitted to a test center. ID requirements are strictly enforced. It is your responsibility to read and understand the ID requirements. When scheduling your test, you must use exactly the same name as shown on the primary identification document that you will present at the test center. Be sure to provide your entire first name (given name) and your entire last name (family name). If your ID document contains two last names, enter the names exactly as they appear on your ID. If you register by telephone, please make sure you are registered under your complete name as it appears on your ID. If your primary ID is missing either a photo or a signature, you must present a supplemental ID in addition to your primary ID.  If you are testing outside your country of citizenship, you must present a valid passport with your name, photograph and signature as your primary identification.  Please see the Praxis web site for a complete list of acceptable primary and supplemental identification documents.

Accommodations for nonstandard test takers

Possession or use of telephones, cell phones, BlackBerry devices, PDA’s or other electronic or photographic devices is prohibited in the test center. You must not access these items during the test or break. Make sure you read the 2010-11 The Praxis SeriesInformation Bulletin prior to your test.

Food, drinks, gum, and candy are not permitted in the testing room!

Dress so that you can adapt to any room temperature.
