Deciding to report sexual misconduct and choosing how to proceed can be difficult decisions. We recognize that your feelings about whether to report an incident and how to proceed may change over time. If you are not sure if you are ready to report, you may seek confidential assistance by contacting the resources listed below. I am ready to file a complaint
Once you are ready to file a formal complaint you have several options. You may file a complaint with a university official regarding a policy violation. Details for submitting a formal complaint can be found at Report Sexual Misconduct and the Investigation Overview. If the offense was also a criminal violation you may file a complaint with the appropriate law enforcement agency. The Title IX Coordinators can assist you with policy violation complaints and the University Police Department can assist you filing a criminal complaint.
