About the Involvement Center

Located on the third floor of the student center is the SFA Involvement Center a one-stop shopping site for involvement on campus. The program is the center for student involvement on our campus, a distribution and receiving site for applications for any number of opportunities on campus and a place for involved students to meet, hang out and collaborate with other students.

Student organizations, departments and community partners are welcome to promote their upcoming activities through our office. The Involvement Center is a great place to place flyers, brochures. Please contact our office for further details!

Our goal is to help connect Lumberjack students to Lumberjack organizations through 1 on 1 advising to find out what works best for your interest and your time since every student is different. With over 200 current organizations there is something for everyone to be apart of here at Stephen F. Austin.

Students With Disabilities

The Office of Student Affairs Programs is committed to providing support for students with disabilities. If you are a student who needs an accommodation to attend or participate in one of our events or student organizations you are encouraged to stop by Room 325 in the Human Services Building to make your request. If you have an accommodation request please see us as soon as possible, so we can make any arrangements necessary. Accommodations can only be arranged once a request has been submitted in writing to Disability Services. To the greatest extent possible, the Office of Student Engagement shall observe confidentiality with respect to any request for accommodation.

Students who feel they have not been accommodated appropriately can appeal that decision utilizing the university appeals process.
