TSI Testing

Virtual Testing

Even though the COVID-19 crisis is forcing many people to remain at home, anyone needing to take the TSI Assessment must still test prior to registering for any classes.

If you need to check to see what sections of the TSI Assessment you need to take or explanation of your test results, please contact the Student Success Center at 936-468-5803.

Students may take the TSI Assessment online through Examity.

Examity is a secure online proctoring service that allows you to take your TSI Assessment when it is most convenient (24/7/365).

Students must have access to a desktop computer or laptop in a secured location; they cannot use a phone or tablet. The computer must also be equipped with a webcam. Students will be able to access their scores through the College Board student portal.

SFA's Testing Services charges students $25 for 1 section and $40 for 2 or more sections of the test. Examity also charges a proctoring fee of $20 (pricing will increase June 16). SFA's Testing Services will accept payment for SFA's charges only. Students pay the proctoring fee to Examity through their virtual account.
