TSI Testing

Steps to take the TSI Assessment

TSI testing is mandatory unless you qualify for an exemption.

Test at your high school

Check with your high school to see if testing is available. This is often free and the easiest to schedule.

Test at your local college

Check with the testing center of your local college for testing availability. Pricing varies.

If you need a testing voucher, contact SFA's Testing Services at 936-468-3958 for assistance.

Test at SFA

On-site testing is available by appointment on SFA's main campus.

SFA's Testing Services charges students $25 for 1 section and $40 for 2 or more sections of the test.

Students must have access to a desktop computer or laptop in a secured location; they cannot use a phone or tablet. The computer must also be equipped with a webcam. Students will be able to access their scores through the College Board student portal.
