mySFA PIN Reset

"Change my PIN" instructions for Faculty/Staff:

  1. Log into mySFA
  2. Click on the "My Services" tab
  3. Click on "Employee Services"
  4. Move the mouse over "Personal Info"
  5. Click on "Change your PIN"

"Change my PIN" instructions for Students

  1. Log into mySFA
  2. Click on the "My Services" tab
  3. Click on the "Student and Financial Aid Services" link.
  4. Move the mouse over "Personal Info"
  5. Click on "Change PIN"

Please note: The T.S.C. cannot change, reset, or give out PINs. Only the Registrar's Office can do this.

Faculty/Staff/Students can go to https://apache.sfasu.edu/accountman/verifyssn.asp and enter their Campus ID, mySFA name, or SSN, then click the 'Submit' button. If you have set up a security question, you can answer it and retrieve your mySFA info, including your PIN. If you do not have a security question set up, you will have to stop by the Office of the Registrar, Room 202 of the Rusk Building, with your SFA ID to get your PIN. If you are out of town, you can call the Registrar's Office at 936.468.2501 and request they send the information to your address on record.
