Title: Powdrill House
"One wonders if today's structures will be standing as long as this house has been standing with little or no upkeep. I wanted to buy this house and move it to our property near FM 138 for a guest house, but the owner was unwilling to sell it. As often as I've heard the Powdrill name, it would have been nice to have saved something of their family. I just like saving things when I can."
