Group Axe class descriptions

Explore a detailed description of each class to find the ones that fit your interest.

Booty Sculpt: This 30-minute class integrates a variety of exercises that specifically target the glutes, giving your booty a serious lift. All fitness levels are welcome.

Cycle: Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. Cycling targets the lower body, providing a workout you might not expect. No experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle.

Dance Cardio: Move your body in this high-energy party atmosphere. Dance cardio combines H.I.I.T. workouts and dance routines geared to crank up your heart rate with easy-to-follow choreography.

H.I.I.T. Blast: This energetic class focuses on toning and sculpting your body into shape. The mixture of high-intensity interval techniques gets your heart pumping and muscles burning for more. All fitness levels are welcome.

Hip Hop Master Class: Add some rhythm to your day by attending a hip hop dance-inspired workout. This class makes you sweat to the beat and teaches you some new moves that are sure to get your heart pumping while the music is jumping.

Morning Boot Camp: Jump-start your morning with an outdoor workout in our new outdoor fitness area. Morning Boot Camp incorporates a variety of high-intensity training styles and prepares you to tackle the rest of your day. The class is equally as challenging for the fitness enthusiast and the fitness first-timer.

Total Body Conditioning: Using a combination of equipment and exercises to tone your arms, legs and core, this class gives you a workout using high volume, low weights and intense cardio intervals suited for sculpting.

Yoga: Yoga provides a great total body workout that leaves you relaxed and stress-free while increasing your strength, stamina and flexibility.

Zumba: A fusion of Latin and international music featuring high-energy dance training that tones and sculpts the body, this feel-good workout leaves you energized and ready for more.

Friday: 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Sunday: Noon - Midnight
