Education and Certifications: Blake has a B.S. in communications and is working toward an M.S. in kinesiology. His certifications include National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED and First Aid for the Professional Rescuer.
Blake loves the genuine connections made with others through personal training and believes that fitness should be sustainable, fun and rewarding. His specialties and interests include recovery, sleep and healthy movement, while his favorite hobbies include exercising, hiking, watching movies and hanging out with friends.

Veronica looks to educate and inform her clients so they can realize their true full potential through fitness and wellness. No matter the fitness goal, she can help you achieve it. When you reach a goal, she feels as if she has too. Veronica wants you to know that you are the superhero of your own story, and you should look and feel that way. Her specialties and interests include muscular endurance and strength, speed and agility, and military-style training. Her favorite hobbies include obstacle course runs, soccer and volunteering for the Special Olympics.

Whether you are looking for one-on-one attention or you prefer to have a workout partner, our on-site and virtual training programs are customized to fit your personal fitness and wellness goals.
Our 60-minute sessions emphasize the five components of fitness:
- cardiovascular endurance
- muscular strength
- muscular endurance
- flexibility
- body composition
Learn about your body composition
Body Composition Assessments
Included in personal training sessions, your certified personal trainer completes a 15-minute three-site skinfold assessment which determines your amount of lean body mass versus fat body mass. At the end of the assessment, you will receive general guidelines for how to improve body composition.
Body composition assessments also are available as a stand-alone service:

Small-group strength training
Practice proper weightlifting mechanics in a motivating, small-group environment. Certified Personal Trainer Blake Johnson will emphasize the fundamentals of weightlifting to create an effective and safe experience for beginners and avid athletes. Whether you’re interested in gaining muscle mass, decreasing body fat percentage, or increasing muscular endurance, this program will help you reach your goals.
