Body Composition Assessments

Included in personal training sessions, your certified personal trainer completes a 15-minute three-site skinfold assessment which determines your amount of lean body mass versus fat body mass. At the end of the assessment, you will receive general guidelines for how to improve body composition.

Body composition assessments also are available as a stand-alone service:

Cost: $5
Registration is completed at the administration office, located in the Student Recreation Center.
