About

The toddler I room services twelve children with ages ranging from 13 month old children to two year olds. There are two full-time teachers and a student assistant in the classroom who care for the children. A learning centers curriculum is introduced and implemented with this age group.

Louann Williams
Lead Teacher

Louann graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor's of Science of Education in 1979. She has been working and learning with young children for over 25 years and joined the Lab School in 1998. She is married to Charles Williams and has three children, Whitney, Travis, and Garrett.

Heather Verell
Teacher

Heather began working with the Early Childhood Lab as a teacher's assistant during the spring of 2009, and began working as Toddler I teacher in January 2010. She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies in May of 2011, from SFASU.
