115 Shawnee 2011 Summer Survey
A survey of Polk's City Directory for Nacogdoches reveals that a succession of business and entertainment venues have occupied the premises at 115 Shawnee. These include Glynn Theatre (c. 1952), Parker Furniture (1966), Broadway Club (1968-70) and Rivera Club (1976-80). The building has also been vacant for intermittent periods. Design Line Studio has occupied the building since 1987. Minutes of the October 1, 2002 meeting of the Nacogdoches City Commission also refer to the building as "the old Tatum Theater."
