Information About the Department of Geology
The Department of Geology offers the Bachelor of Science degree in geology, with options in general geology and environmental geology; and the Master of Science degree in geology. The department has approximately 100 undergraduate students and 30 graduate students, six tenure-track faculty positions, one instructor, one lecturer/lab coordinator and an administrative assistant. The university has an enrollment of about 13,000 students, with approximately 630 full- and part-time faculty members. SFA
