The Office of Multicultural Affairs is committed to advancing Stephen F. Austin State University's (SFASU) commitment to diversity and multiculturalism. To continue our commitment, The Office of Multicultural Affairs presents the 1st Office of Multicultural Affairs Diversity Conference. The Diversity Conference seeks to provide a platform for SFASU Faculty, Staff, and Students to share their diversity-related work with the SFASU community and engage in vital multicultural dialogue.
What does the Conference theme 'Hidden Faces' mean: 'Hidden Faces' represents the many faces of diversity. The many faces in the crowd that should be acknowledged, valued, and embraced but, at times, are invisible, ignored, and disregarded. We will use this conference as a platform to bring these 'Hidden Faces' out of the shadows and not allow them to remain hidden anymore.
