Designed to provide a seamless transition from partnering guaranteed-admissions regional schools into the vibrant SFA community, the Lumberjack Launch Guaranteed Admissions Program encourages college readiness and early engagement with university life and provides you with resources to support your academic, social and personal success.

Eligible students receive:
- Direct admission to SFA
- Access to guidance on financial aid applications and priority consideration for SFA scholarships
- Personalized mentoring and guidance from current SFA students
- Invitations to exclusive events and campus tours
- Academic advising that's tailored to ensure a smooth transition into university life
Program Requirements

To qualify for Lumberjack Launch, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be enrolled at one of SFA's partnering guaranteed-admissions regional schools.
- Complete the required high school coursework aligned with Texas college readiness standards.
- Submit a letter of intent to enroll at SFA as soon as you complete current coursework.
- Participate in at least two Lumberjack Launch events. Examples include:
- campus visits
- college readiness workshops
- mentorship meetings
- or on-campus athletics, arts or other enrichment activities.
- Submit the following required documents:
- high school transcripts or equivalent documentation
- and any additional forms as requested by SFA's Office of Admissions.
- Demonstrate a commitment to SFA's core values: learning, personal responsibility and community involvement.
