Athletic Coaching minor

This minor is designed to prepare you to coach athletic teams and teach subjects besides physical education or health in a school setting. It’s also a great choice if you’d like to coach city parks and recreation teams, YMCA teams or other sports programs. Students who are majoring in a field of study other than kinesiology or public health are eligible for this minor.
