All classes at Stephen F. Austin State University, including the SFA Charter School, Early Childhood Lab and all administrative offices, will resume a normal schedule on Tuesday, Sept. 16.

"We remain sensitive to the power outage and structure damage issues that many of our employees and non-resident students still face," said Steve Westbrook, vice president for university affairs. "Employees who need more time to deal with damage to their home are urged to make contact with their immediate supervisor. Students who have damage to their off-campus residence are urged to communicate with their professors."

Westbrook said Residence Life staff will continue to work with University Woods apartment residents until power is restored.

The university continues to host approximately 400 student evacuees from Lamar University.

The Call Center at (936) 468-5900 will remain open until 7 a.m. tomorrow.
