NACOGDOCHES, Texas - The Stephen F. Austin State University Charter School Board will meet at noon Monday, Nov. 3, in the Elementary Education Conference room of the Janice A. Pattillo Early Childhood Research Center.

The FIRST ratings are based on 20 established financial indicators, including operating expenditures for instruction, tax collection rates, student-teacher ratios and long-term debt.

The meeting agenda can be viewed online at The meeting is open to the public, and individuals may request to address the board by completing a board meeting information form located on the school's website.
