Family Medical Leave (FMLA)

Eligible employees may take up to 12 workweeks of leave in a 12-month period for a qualifying event that is certified by a healthcare provider. Employee must have worked for a Texas state agency for at least 12 months and work 1250 hours within the last year to qualify.
