Effective Sept. 1, 2023, Stephen F. Austin State University, a member of The University of Texas System, was created as a new university within the UT System and is no longer subject to the Public Funds Investment Act. 

The prior SFA, abolished that same day, was subject to PFIA, and reports covering the three years prior to joining the UT System will continue to be posted.
