Career Fairs

The Center for Career and Professional Development hosts career fairs throughout the fall and spring semesters. Each of these events is an incredible opportunity to speak with SFA students and alumni about your organization and employment or internship opportunities.

Handshake account

You will need to either create an account or log in to Handshake to register for events. Our online career management platform, Handshake offers an Employer User Guide to help you become acquainted with the service.

Fall 2023 Events

All Majors Career Fair

• Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2023
• 1 to 4 p.m.
• Baker Pattillo Student Center, Grand Ballroom

Employer Information

• Employer Registration Link (a free Handshake account is needed to register)
• Registration Deadline: Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2023
• Registration Fee: $250 for Standard Booth; $150 for Standard Booth - non-profit or government agencies; $350 for Premium Booth; $250 for Premium Booth - non-profit or government agencies; $500 for Career Co-Sponsorship.

Teacher Career Fair

• Friday, Nov. 3, 2023
• 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Baker Pattillo Student Center, Grand and Twilight Ballrooms
