Navigate360 is SFA’s centralized student success and communication platform. Navigate allows professional advisors, faculty, and staff to share real-time updates and maintain a unified history for every Lumberjack. SFA utilizes this platform to connect campus-wide support efforts, ensuring that everyone involved in a student's academic path can collaborate seamlessly.
In practice, the platform drives student success by implementing timely, structured interventions. Faculty and staff use Navigate to manage advising appointments, issue early alerts for academic or engagement concerns, submit early-semester progress reports, and launch targeted text and email messaging campaigns. By connecting academic departments with vital support units across campus, Navigate ensures that barriers to registration or retention are flagged early and routed directly to the staff members who can help.
