The Office of Institutional Effectiveness provides training, tools and support for faculty, staff and administrators related to the following:

• Academic program reviews
• Accreditations
• Core and unit assessments, including developing and evaluating program learning outcomes and improvement objectives
• Degree mapping
• Strategic planning
• The Quality Enhancement Plan

In addition, we specialize in providing the following services:

• Assistance in developing and managing a strategic plan that is measurable and capable of moving the university forward
• Individual and group consultations related to effective assessment planning
• Promotion of the development of academic schedules
• Special training for the institution’s improvement management systems
