- Sept. 30–Oct. 1 — On 9-30-2025, UT officers were dispatched to Lumberjack Landing to speak with a complainant in reference to theft. The complainant stated that on 9-27-2025 his laundry was removed from the laundry room without his consent. There are no suspects.

- On 9-27-2025, a UT officer was flagged down by a complainant in Lot 56 advising their vehicle had ben damaged. The officer saw that the vehicles door handle and steering column had been damaged. The complainant stated that the damage occurred between 9-25-2025 and 9-26-2025. There are no suspects.
- On 9-28-2025, a UT officer was dispatched to Kerr Hall to meet with a complainant in reference to a theft. The complainant stated that on 9-28-2025 she had lost her wallet but advised that someone had turned the wallet into the front desk of Kerr Hall. The complainant stated when she retrieved the wallet from the front desk someone had removed $351 dollars cash from the wallet. There are no suspects.

- Sept. 19–22 — On 9-21-2025 officers were dispatched to the Student Recreation Center in reference to a disturbance. The officer contacted a complainant who advised on 9-21-2025, a known subject had assaulted him at the Student Recreation Center. There is one suspect.
- Sept. 18–19 — On 9-18-2025, UT officers were dispatched to Hall 14 in reference to subjects smoking marihuana in a residence. Officers arrived and spoke with the subjects in the residence who gave the officers consent to search. Officers located two prescription medications that were not prescribed to any of the residents. There is one suspect and three persons of interest.

- Sept. 15–16 — On 9-15-2025, a UT officer met with a complainant at the police department in reference to a theft. The complainant stated that on 9-15-2025 their unsecured electric scooter was taken from in front of the Pineywoods Cafeteria. There are no suspects.
- Sept. 12–15 — On 9-14-2025, a UT officer stopped a vehicle in Lot 25 for a traffic violation. As the officer approached the vehicle he could smell a strong odor of marihuana coming from the inside of the vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted on the vehicle and marihuana was found. The driver was issued a Class B summons for possession of marihuana. There is one suspect.

- Sept. 9–10 — On 9-10-2025, a UTS-SFA officer checked on an occupied suspicious vehicle on Wilson Drive. The officer approached the vehicle and contacted the occupant. While the officer was speaking with the subject he observed what he believed to be a rolled marihuana cigarette inside the vehicle and could also smell the odor of marihuana coming from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was conducted where the officer found marihuana and a loaded pistol. The subject was arrested for possession of marihuana and unlawful carrying of a weapon. The subject was then transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident.

- On 9-8-2025, an officer was dispatched to the SFA Recreation Center in reference to a theft. The complainant stated that on 9-8-2025, someone had stolen their unsecured wallet while at the recreation center. While speaking with the complainant the complainant was notified by their bank that someone had made an unauthorized purchase with their bank debit card that was inside of the complainant’s wallet. There are no suspects.
- On 9-8-2025, an officer was dispatched to Lot 29 in reference to a hit and run. The complainant stated that between 9-7-2025 and 9-8-2025 someone struck their vehicle while parked in Lot 29. There are no suspects.

- Sept. 3–4 — On 9-3-2025, a UTS-SFA officer was dispatched to UPD to meet with a complainant in reference to a theft. The complainant stated that between 8-29-2025 and 8-31-2025 property was removed from their residence located at Lumberjack Village without their consent. There are two suspects.

- Sept. 1–2 — On 9-1-2025, a UTS-SFA officer was dispatched to UPD to meet with a complainant in reference to a theft. The complainant stated on 9-1-2025 his bicycle was taken from the bike rack located in front of the STEM building. There are no suspects.
