- Jan. 26–27 — On 1/26/2026, a UT officer met with a complainant at the University Police Department in reference to a sexual assault. The complainant stated that they were sexually assaulted in May of 2025 by a known subject. The complainant stated that the sexual assault took place at a residence located at Lumberjack Village. This incident is currently under investigation.
- Jan. 23–26
- On 1/24/2026, UT officers responded to Lumberjack Village in reference to an alcohol complaint. Officers found two individuals under the age of 21 to be in possession of alcohol. The two individuals were issued a minor in possession of alcohol citation.
- On 1/24/2026, UT officers responded to Lumberjack Village and spoke with a complainant who stated that in October of 2025 they were the victim of a sexual assault. The complainant stated the sexual assault happened off campus and they knew the suspect. This incident is under investigation.
- Jan. 22–23
- On 1-21-2026, UT officers were dispatched to Hall 14 in reference to an assault. The victim stated she got into a verbal argument with another subject. The victim stated that the argument escalated which led to her being assaulted by the other subject. There is one suspect.
- On 1-22-2026, a UT officer met with a complainant at UPD in reference to theft. The complainant stated that between 1-20-2026 and 1-21-2026 someone removed money from their wallet at their residence located at Lumberjack Village. There are no suspects.

- Jan. 9–12 — On 1/9/2026, a UT officer was dispatched to Steen Library in reference to a criminal mischief. Complainant advised on 1/6/2026 library staff noticed that a vending machine had been damaged. It is unknown when the damage occurred. There are no suspects.
