Physical Plant Department

SFA's Physical Plant Department provides an environment that is efficient and safe. Our teams oversee building and grounds maintenance, custodial services, transportation services, street maintenance and distribution of utilities, capital projects, campus construction, interior design services, housing operations and more.

Work Orders

Under HOP policy 05-410, the environmental services committee exists to call for, review, prioritize and recommend approval for funding awards to campus environmental improvement projects. These projects may include recycling, energy efficiency and renewable energy, transportation, product purchasing, planning and maintenance, or irrigation conservation; or to provide matching funds for grants related to environmental improvements.
