Guest Students using Federal Benefits or Hazlewood

If you are an SFA student wanting to take classes at a second college or university, the VRC will need the following:

• an email from your advisor stating that the class(es) in question will count toward your degree at SFA. The email must include the course abbreviation and number from the second college or university and what it will count for at SFA.
• The name and address of the certifier at the second college or university.

If you are a student at another college or university and are taking classes at SFA the VRC will need the following:

• a letter from your certifying official stating what your benefit is, the abbreviation and course number of the class(es) at SFA and what they will count for at your parent college or university.
• Certificate of Eligibility
• DD-214 (Veterans only)
• Certification Request Form
