Band camp registration is now open!

June 14-18, 2026

A deposit of $200, nonrefundable after May 18, is required to hold your spot.

  • Resident camper: $550
    • Includes meals, lodging and band camp T-shirt
  • Commuter camper: $250
    • Includes lunch and band camp T-shirt

Ways to save

  • Early bird registration — Save $10 by paying in full by May 4
  • Qualifier/member discounts — You must provide proof of status prior to the first day of camp.
    • All-area qualifier — Save $50 on your registration fee
    • All-state member — Save $100 on your registration fee
  • Group rates
    • Groups of 10–19 — Save $10/registration fee
    • Groups of 20+ — Save $15/registration fee

1. Complete the online medical/liability and photo consent form.

2. Complete and return the code of conduct agreement by email to BandOffice@sfasu.edu (include student's first and last name in the subject line). Postal submissions must be sent to the SFA Band Office.

3. Complete registration and payment using one of the following methods:

Credit card

Use the online registration form to submit your payment online.

Check

Mail the completed printable registration form (includes code of conduct agreement) and payment to the SFA Band Office. Checks should be made payable to SFASU Summer Band Camps.

Cash

Bring the completed printable registration form (includes code of conduct agreement) and exact cash to the SFA Band Office.
